Ingredients
Medium-coarse coffee grounds: 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio
Hot water just off the boil
Instructions:
Place a pour-over filter in the dripper and rinse it with hot water.
Add coffee grounds to the filter.
Start by pouring a small amount of water over the grounds to bloom.
Gradually pour the remaining hot water in a circular motion.
Allow the coffee to drip through the filter.
